In 2015, Sean and Anne Bailey sold their successful food truck business serving the City of Lynchburg since 2013, and opened Crisp Salad and Juice Bar in Allied Arts Building in downtown, Lynchburg, Virginia. The business grew needing more space, so Crisp moved a few blocks away to 1124 Church Street. A year later, another Crisp began serving customers in Forest, Virginia. In 2018, the space next to downtown Crisp became available, so Sean and his friends turned it into an all day restaurant perfect for events. Everybody called the new space the GreenHaus, because it was filled with plants, inside and outside. Large Patio in the back like a garden. Front porch seating with beautiful greenery. Customers wanted to party at the new place, so GreenHaus became a nightclub every weekend for a year, until COVID slowed down everything. Sean went back to his original vision to turn the new place to a great restaurant perfect for catering and organizing events. So, that is when Cosmos was born, and we've been busy, ever since, taking care of our customers.
