Current Beers by Tap

The first 18 beers, sorted more or less by effervescence

Until reaching the three nitro taps on the right end, beers tend to grow in carbonation. For example, brown ales and porters tend to be smooth and less carbonated and to be placed on the left end, ciders tend to moderate carbonation and to be set in the middle, and wheat beers tend to be most sparkling and placed on the right, before the last three nitro taps. The eighteen below are so listed roughly by increasing effervescence.

Black Butte Porter

$.43/oz

This is the beer that started it all. A delicate, creamy mouthfeel contrasts  with layered depth revealing distinctive chocolate and coffee notes. Dark and rich, yet easy to drink.

Deschutes Brewery (Bend, OR)

Premium Bitter

$.53/oz

An English style ale, Premium Bitter is brewed with a myriad of English malts and exclusively hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh.

Southern Grist Brewing Company

(Nashville, TN)

Firefly Nights

$.44/oz

I created this beer as a reflection of the summers of my childhood growing up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My favorite time of the year is when I see fireflies for the first time and it takes me back to that period in my life. This light, crisp, refreshing summer ale with the sweet, fruity, floral flavors of delicious honeysuckle pays homage to those warm summer evenings when life was so simple.

Three Notch'd Brewing Company (Charlottesville, VA)

N150

$.45/oz

A cross between a West Coast and New England style IPA. Hazy by design, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Low on bitterness and huge on flavor.  It has an aroma of pungent citrus and tropical fruit with hints of pine from copious amounts of late hop additions and dry hopping.

Three Roads Brewing Co. (Lynchburg, VA)

Juiciness

$.46/oz

Juicy and refreshing, soft but not sweet! This tropically-inspired IPA is dripping with lively citrus notes - tangerine up front, mango &  peach in the middle, and a grapefruit bite in the finish, from first sip to last!

Sycamore Brewing (Charlotte, NC)

Full Nelson

$.45/oz

Bursting with local hop flavor, our flagship Virginia Pale Ale features our own farm-grown Cascade variety hops as one of the key ingredients. A strong malt backbone gives this ale a rich taste and vibrant copper color, while the generous addition of hops contributes a pronounced bitterness and floral, citrus aroma.

Blue Mountain Brewery (Afton, VA)

Jai Alai

$.46/oz

A bouquet of tangerine and candied orange peel tempts the nose while flavors of clementine, Valencia orange, and subtle caramel provide counterpoint to a soft bitterness and rich malt character. Bold hop flavor and aroma is front and center in this flavorful American IPA.

Cigar City Brewing (Tampa, FL)

Dry

$.49/oz

The secret to Dry's success is our slow, cool fermentation and the blend  of apples: cider-specific varieties make for a dry, refreshing and complex cider.

Shacksbury Cider (Vergennes, VT)

Ginjah Baby

$.56/oz

This medium sweetness cider is made with cranberries from Massachusetts and gallons of fresh juiced ginger for a very spicy, tart, and refreshing experience.

North Country Hard Cider Company (Dover, NH)

Blackberry

$.44/oz

Blackberry blends hard apple cider with a post-ferment addition of blackberry juice to impart rich blackberry notes on the nose paired with a distinctively tart and off-dry finish.

Bold Rock Hard Cider (Nellysford, VA)

Mixed Berry Gose

$.48/oz

Mixed Berry Gose is our most fruited gose ever!

Brewed with raspberry, blackberry, boysenberry, and black currant, this gose pours a distinctive purple color with a sweet, jammy flavor to balance the tart acidity of the style.

Ardent Craft Ales (Richmond, VA)

Blood Orange Cider

$.41/oz

We blended blood oranges from Italy with bittersweet heirloom apples to create a cider with a zesty twist. With just the right amount of sweet and citrus flavors, our Blood Orange Cider is sure to brighten your day.

Austin Eastciders (TX)

National Bohemian

$4.00/pint | ($.25/oz) |

National Bohemian is a premium Bohemian-style beer. As the name implies, this is a method of beer-making that originated in Europe in the 1800’s using Bavarian-style lagering techniques. Also known as Pilsner, this style of beer has the unique claim to being "the world's first golden beer."

Pabst Brewing Company (San Antonio, TX)

Michelob Ultra

$4.80/pint | ($.30/oz) |

A superior light beer. Brewed using the finest barley malt, select grains, all-imported hops and a pure-cultured yeast strain. The special choice of grains combined with the extended mashing process produces a smooth, refreshing beer with fewer carbohydrates.

Anheuser-Busch (St. Louis, MO)

Moonlight Trail

$7.52/pint | ($.47/oz) |

A German dark lager with a forward roasted malt flavors and subtle hints of chocolate and coffee.

Vibrissa Beer (Front Royal, VA)

Crispi Gurl IPL

$.58/oz

Hopped using Yakima's Pink Boots signature blend, bursting with loads of pink grapefruit, lemon peel, & cardamom. Super crushable.

Brewed by ALL Charles Towne Fermentory's women staff!

Charles Towne Fermentory (Charleston, SC)

Cali Squeeze's Blood Orange

$.44/oz

Like all of Cali Squeeze's beers, Blood Orange is made with real, fresh California fruit, and it strikes the perfect balance of sweet and tart. We made it by squeezing blood oranges into our classic Hefeweizen base beer, which creates a uniquely refreshing and insanely drinkable sipper.

Firestone Walker Brewing Company (Paso Robles, CA)

It's Giving Tiki Tropical Sour

$.44/oz

Mango, pineapple, and coconut collide in a brilliant flash of citrus and splash.

Beale's Brewery (Bedford, VA)

The Nitro panel

Nitros are dispensed utilizing a higher proportion of nitrogen gas, resulting in the cascade of nitrogen bubbles down the side of a pint glass. The carbonation of these nitros can be two-thirds to three-quarters that of the least carbonated beers above. Stouts, bitters, and "dessert" ales present well on these taps. Occasionally, for the right beer, the beertender likes to simulate a "milk pour" to amplify it's sweetness.

Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale

$.44/oz

Kentucky Vanillla Barrel Cream Ale is our take on a classic American style of beer. We took a cold-conditioned cream ale brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans and aged it in freshly decanted Kentucky bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months. A perfect blend of vanilla and bourbon notes make this cream ale irresistible. It's the perfect complement to any dessert, or all day event.

Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co. (KY)

Avec Frère 7

$.51/oz

The flavor of our Belgian dubbel blends notes of dates, raisins, and caramelized sugar and has a subtle spicy yeast character that becomes more evident as the beer warms. While starting with a rich sweetness and roundness of body, Avec Frère 7 mellows into a drier mouthfeel that is balanced by a faint hint of warming alcohol.

Fine Creek Brewing Company

(Powhatan, VA)

Original Hoop Tea

$.38/oz

Hoop Tea is hand crafted in Ocean City, Maryland from purified water, tea, organic cane sugar, fruit, & alcohol.

Pour it over ice with a freshly squeezed lemon and taste the sunshine in every sip.
